    Private Property Impound Agreement
    This agreement is entered into between

    hereinafter referred to as property owner
    or person having possession and/or control of real property, and ABC Towing Tukwila. The Parties agree as follows:
    1. ABC Towing Tukwila its agents and employees are hereby authorized and directed to impound any and all
    unauthorized vehicles found upon the real property described as follows:

    2. The owner/person having control or person assigned below shall sign an “Authorization to Impound” form as required
    by law, which can be found at http://www.dol.wa.gov/forms/430507.pdf for each vehicle impounded from the real property described above and further holds ABC Towing Tukwila its agents and employees harmless from any claim arising from the removal
    of any vehicle per the R.C.W. 46.55.140.
    3. ABC Towing, Inc. will be available 24 hours a day 365 days a year to impound improperly parked and or abandoned
    vehicles from the property listed above. Impound charges will not exceed RCW 46.55.060http://apps.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?
    cite=46.55.063 which caps A class tows at 135% of the Current WSP rate. The WSP rates will change only at the direction of the
    WSP. All current rates are filed with the Department and are always prominently posted at the release facility.
    4. This agreement will be in effect from the date the signs are posted and shall continue and remain in effect for 30 days
    past termination in writing by either party. While we do not charge anything to post or replace our signs, we do charge for removal without notification at a rate of $10 per sign. Written notification may be via Post or email to: Service@abc4atow.com
    5. There may be a fee assessed for the removal of scrap/junk vehicles/motorhomes/boats/R.V.’S.
